Our Return Promise

Like the precision we put into crafting our performance gear, we’ve designed a straightforward returns process:

  • 15-Day Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Original Condition: Unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Include all original packaging and documentation
Note on Protective Gear: For safety reasons, body protectors and bandages/wraps cannot be returned unless defective. These items must maintain their protective integrity for every rider’s safety.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address (for non-US customers)
  • Return authorization number

Pack items securely in the original packaging and include the completed return form.

Step 3: Processing

Upon receipt at our stable (warehouse), we’ll inspect items within 3 business days and process accordingly:

  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5 business days

Refund Details

Your refund will travel back to you as swiftly as our competition gear ships:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless return is due to our error

Exchange Options

Need a different size in those premium breeches or base layers? We offer:

  • Size exchanges for the same item
  • Color exchanges when available
  • Product exchanges of equal value

Exchange shipping is free for US customers. International customers pay only the outward shipping costs.

Special Considerations

To maintain safety standards like we do in our protective gear:

  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked and cannot be returned
  • Personalized Items: Non-returnable
  • Hygiene Products: Socks and base layers must be returned with original hygiene seals intact
European Riders: Under EU regulations, you have 14 days to cancel your order after receipt (30 days for UK). The return window remains 15 days from cancellation notification.
