• Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially for international destinations. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging with all documentation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Body protectors
• Bandages & wraps

Final sale, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive items (without original seals) are also non-returnable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error.
